All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as each item is custom-made for you.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case you will be fully refunded.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 7–10 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, order volume, or unforeseen delays.

Claws India is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

As each product is handmade, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

In rare cases of damage during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Garajbymegha@gmail.com with photos and details.
